Dietary supplements

  • Magnesium helps reduce muscle spasms/cramps.
  • Calcium helps tissue healing.

  • Coenzyme Q10 is the most important enzyme for health: very potent anti-carcinogen, improves heart health, improves energy when taken B-complex vitamins
